I haven’t been around as much as before, the weather has really been holding us back er in! Which means the demands placed upon me are  much higher!

Life has been great since the snow went away and the mercury rose above freezing!

Both kids have been able to get outside for physical each day which is a god send, nothing like seeing them rampage around the garden getting filthy and loving it!

Eliza has been really into “school” so we’ve been doing a bit each day for about 30-45 minutes I sometimes wonder how intense I can get lol

Today we did flash cards with 3 letter words CAT – DOG- MAT – MUM- DAD going to do these for a week then see how she goes, I throw them in to all sorts of things “she asked for a drink earlier and I said sure, right after you tell me what this says” she really wants a drink so the quicker she reads the quicker she gets what she wants!

Then we did maths, I use building blocks I feel like she will have the mind of her father as my maths skills are pretty much zero due to my lack of education as a child and my lack of self confidence as an adult to learn. She is incredibly good at subtraction and only has to look at the blocks and tell me the answer, with multiplication she has to count, I mean we’re not doing great figures here 5-2 etc but still I am impressed!

So that’s all that we have been up to!
